Project & My Role
I worked as the sole UI/UX Designer on a year-long project for a safety (OHS) company in Poland. My job was to design an intelligent, responsive web app that replaced slow, manual workflows with a streamlined AI-driven platform for generating professional safety documentation. I collaborated closely with safety experts, mapped their existing workflows, built and validated prototypes, and led the UX strategy from ideation to implementation.

The Problem I Solved
The client handled risk assessments, chemical documentation, audits, and incident reports manually across multiple tools (Word, Excel, cloud drives). This process was time-consuming, error-prone, and too slow to handle the growing volume of clients. They needed one tool to centralize everything, leverage AI, and still align with strict safety standards. I designed a system that combined intuitive form flows with domain-specific AI suggestions and a full document management suite – all in one responsive app.

What I Designed & Why
To start, I became deeply familiar with OHS processes through expert interviews and by mapping workflows into BPMN and UML diagrams. Then I:
Built an MVP focused solely on testing the value of AI-generated outputs
Designed wireframes and tested prototypes with safety experts
Created a responsive UI system optimized for both ultrawide office monitors and mobile devices
Developed interactive forms with adaptive logic, instant feedback, and visual AI transparency
Simplified onboarding so even non-technical staff could begin using the system in minutes
I ensured that the UI never got in the way of what mattered most: trust, accuracy, and clarity. Every screen was designed to align with the real steps safety specialists follow.

This project was a deep dive into complex expert workflows, translated into a simple, elegant UI. I merged AI, regulations, and usability into one cohesive platform.
