Project & My Role

I led the entire UX/UI design process, from competitor research and interviews, through low-fidelity wireframes, up to high-fidelity mockups and responsive web design. I also worked closely with developers to ensure a consistent and pixel-perfect implementation.

The Problem I Solved

The previous online presence didn’t reflect the innovative approach of BeFlexi. Users felt overwhelmed, struggled to understand the process, and dropped out before converting. There was no emotional connection or proper positioning that matched the brand’s fast, friendly and flexible offer.

I created a site that speaks directly to both job seekers and hiring companies. The new design communicates clarity, optimism and confidence, while guiding the user through the process with ease. Clear CTAs, hierarchy, and a professional yet playful tone made the platform significantly more engaging.

SUMMARY

This project helped BeFlexi clearly position itself in the competitive HR tech space. By combining strong visual identity with intuitive experience design, we helped build a platform that both users and the client felt confident in. I was responsible not only for design execution, but also for translating complex business needs into user-centered flows.
